Phillip’s Sanctuary is an outdoor venue in Rizal province ideal for retreats, team building activities, and bonding with family and friends. The place is a family-run 12-hectare farm in the mountains of Antipolo, with function areas that can accommodate hundreds of visitors at any given time.

The outdoor adventure venue and farm, now a member of the Israel Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (ICCP), sits on the property of the Pestaño family. It is named after the owner’s son, Philippine Navy Ensign Philip Pestaño, who mysteriously passed away in his cabin many years ago.

Facilities

Phillip’s Sanctuary is true to its name. The farm and forest set the ambience for quiet reminiscence or for private interaction among peers. More than 10 large houses scattered all over the property provide spacious accommodation and a place to relax and rejuvenate. Team building participants can hold activities at the Pavilion and other function rooms. Guests can pitch tents and lay mats at the campsite, and hold bonfire sessions at night for special activities. They may hold services in the chapel, have their meals at the Breakfast Club, and visit the Butterfly Garden.

Activities

Numerous activities await guests of Phillip’s Sanctuary. They can go swimming, fishing, kayaking/rafting, biking, ride the zipline and camping. They can pitch tents in the open areas and organize pool games. Companies, schools and organizations can conquer the rope and obstacle courses while working to make their team cohesive.

The farm hosts all kinds of events, such as workshops, seminars, birthday parties, or retreats.  Television networks have shot adventure shows in the farm, as well. Visitors may also go deep into the forest and plant a tree.

Local Produce

Being a farm, Phillip’s Sanctuary produces various fruits and vegetables and has a rich source of fish. Their aquaculture pond breeds Pangasius (cream dory) and tilapia that guests can catch for food or as a pastime. They use organic vegetables to cook traditional Filipino dishes and serve homegrown fruits for dessert. Those who need a place close to nature will love the Phillip’s Sanctuary.

Phillip’s Sanctuary is located at Pestaño Farm, Sitio Palinglingan, Brgy San Juan, Antipolo, Rizal.
