KEY ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Reports directly to : Irrigation Technical Salesor whoever the company assigns to manage the team Coordinates with : Irrigation Technical Salesor whoever is instructed by the management

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for all activities of the irrigation business such as sales, product ordering, business management, generating take-offs, bidding, development and implementation of annual marketing plans and strategies, identification and research on market trends

2. Develops and implements all phases of an irrigation system that meets the client’s requirements within the budgetary constraints

3. Liaising with existing dealers, distributors, and prospective clients; builds and maintains strong business relationships to market products

4. Ensures divisional compliance with existing laws, rules, and regulations, and local codes and standards. Responsible for acquiring necessary licenses for the division to government agencies

5. Coordinating and attending events aimed at developing market network, establishing linkages, exposure visits, and other promotional activities

6. Meet and exceed all annual sales goals and/or targets

7. Perform other duties of a similar nature or level that may be assigned by management from time to time
