Organized in 1963, the Firm had the original partnership name of DAZA, LEDESMA,
SALUDO & ASSOCIATES LAW OFFICES. Mr. Raul A. Daza resigned from the
partnership in 1969 upon his election as member of the House of Representatives of the
Philippines, thereby requiring a change in the partnership name to LEDESMA SALUDO
& ASSOCIATES. In 1997, the Firm’s name was changed to SALUDO AGPALO
FERNANDEZ & AQUINO. Thereafter, in 2009, the Firm’s name was changed to
and AMADO D. AQUINO, the firm assumed its present partnership name, SALUDO
Over the years, the Firm has done extensive counselling in such specialized areas of
commercial law, foreign investments, intellectual property (patents, trademark,
copyright, franchising and technology transfer), family relations, estate planning, labor,
immigration, special projects and litigation, among others. It maintains correspondent

2. Patents, Industrial Design and Utility Models
