The Cathedral of Praise (COP), a member of the Israel Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (ICCP), is a Christian church founded in 1954 by Ptr. Lester Sumrall and shepherded by pastors David and Beverly Sumrall. Apart from its main church service, it conducts Shine Pre-Teens Service, Children’s Church Service, Wired Professionals Fellowship, and Salt N’ Light Youth Service in all of its branches.
On top of its primary church campus in Taft Avenue, Manila, COP has an East Campus in Pioneer Centre, Pasig and a South Campus at Versailles, Las Piñas. It has also established churches in the provinces of Bataan, Batangas, Ilocos Norte, Cebu, and Davao. The church plans to open branches in Lipa, Olongapo, Hawaii, and Singapore soon. The organization’s vision is “to build 200 churches in the next 20 years.”
